Paysafecard has partnered with The Bancorp Bank to introduce a voucher system for online purchases into the US market; making paysafecard the first international voucher company to enter the acquiring market in the US. While the task of acquiring will be made somewhat easier by the companies exclusive focus on online merchants, the need to expand merchant acceptance simultaneously with retail distribution of the vouchers is a significant effort.

that are common in the US, paysafecard vouchers do not charge any fees to the consumer. Customers also do not have to register themselves when using a paysafecard. Another specific characteristic of the voucher is that it is not limited to one particular game or online-shop. It can be used at any website that offers paysafecard as a payment method.
