CO-OP Booth #301 in Exhibit Hall Will Explorethe “Power of How” for Credit Union Growth

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, California, February 22, 2017 – CO-OPFinancial Services is expanding its presence at next week’s GAC gathering beyondthe exhibition floor with the CO-OP Networking Lounge, which will includepresentations on Monday and Tuesday on fraud trends and faster payments. Inaddition, CO-OP in booth #301 in the exhibit hall will explore the “Power ofHow” for credit union growth.

“CO-OP believes that the answer to how credit unions cangrow in today’s market lies in ensuring members’ security while maintaining aseamless mobile, online and in-branch member experience,” said Todd Clark,President/CEO, CO-OP. “CO-OP provides the ‘Power of How’ to grow, as we willdemonstrate at GAC. The end goal of everything CO-OP does is to help creditunion maximize revenue opportunities, especially for card transaction interchange,and attain or remain top-of-wallet.”

The CO-OP Networking Lounge will be located just outsidethe exhibition floor entrance, to the right as attendees approach the doors.The lounge will be open on the Monday and Tuesday of the conference, and willoffer not least among its attractions the chance for credit union executives toconnect with colleagues, check email, grab a snack and perhaps rest their wearyfeet.

In addition, from 3 to 4:15 p.m. both days, the loungewill be the setting for presentations on key industry developments. CO-OP’sJohn Buzzard, Fraud Specialist, will review the major current fraud trends and examinehow credit unions can fight back. This will be followed by CO-OP’s MichelleThornton, Director of Product Development, who will cover how credit unions cannavigate faster payments and the accelerating financial technology landscape.

CO-OP’s booth 301, located at the front of the exhibitionfloor as attendees enter, will include the opportunity for attendees to meetClark, who became President/CEO of CO-OP in late June last year. A “Meet andGreet” will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. in the booth, during the conference’sopening exhibition session on Sunday.

Throughout exhibition hours, CO-OP’s booth will focus onhow credit unions can growth their businesses through strategies and solutionsthat make it both safe and seamless for members to interact with their creditunion accounts.
