If anyone was in doubt as to the importance of a strong online banking site to any financial institution, just take a look at the many millions of unique visitors stop by these ranked (by web traffic) banks and credit unions.
Interestingly, the first among this group is PayPal, not quite a financial institution, but perhaps getting there.
PayPal was the top financial company with 30 million unique visitors, making it the 25th most visited site on the Internet. Chase was the largest commercial bank, just 2 million higher than Bank of America.
