Cross-Promotional Marketing and Visa Checkout PaymentOption to Further Increase Flexibility and Ease of ACTIVE’s Online RegistrationProcess

Dallas, TX – May 3, 2017 –ACTIVE Network®, the premier global marketplace for activities andevents and an industry-leading provider of intelligence solutions, todayannounced a multi-year strategic alliance with Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) to offer Visa Checkout,the easier way to use a Visa card online, as a payment option across itsactivity and event registration platforms globally. The multi-year agreementalso includes both ACTIVE and Visa investing in a series of digital,cross-promotional marketing activities to be executed throughout the term ofthe agreement.

Upon implementation of theprogram this summer, ACTIVE will provide Visa Checkout as a payment option foranyone who registers for an activity or event through ACTIVE.com® and its mobile app, in addition to any in-apppurchases. Recently reaching more than 20 million accounts, Visa Checkoutenables millions of consumers to pay in just a few clicks on any device aroundthe web with some of the world’s top merchants. Visa Checkout will soon beavailable to consumers registering for activities across ACTIVE’s online andmobile properties within the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the UnitedKingdom.
