VeriFone announced yesterday that it has acquired Global Bay Mobile Technologies, a mobile retail technology specialist based 30 miles outside of New York City. Global Bay has helped merchants in North America, Europe, and Asia harness the potential of mobile applications. Global Bay delivers applications including features such as Mobile POS, Clienteling, Store Inventory Management, and more.
