Online portal offers consolidated reporting, a free virtual terminal for omnichannel commerce, and access to leading tools to optimize business operations

TROY, Mich., July 31, 2018 – North American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB), a multi-faceted and award-winning payment solutions provider, today announced the availability of Payments Hub, a powerful online merchant portal, to all businesses signed up for payment processing through NAB. The reporting and management tool provides a central location offering advanced features to help merchants run and optimize their business.

In addition to easy-to-understand reporting on transaction and deposit activity, Payments Hub provides a free virtual terminal to every merchant, enabling them to enter the world of omnichannel commerce by accepting online, phone and other card-not-present payments. Through the portal, merchants can also:

  • Manage and resolve disputes to avoid or reduce chargebacks
  • Send invoices and set up recurring billing/invoicing
  • Manage customer profiles
  • Update account information and create custom alerts
  • Order supplies and manage equipment warranties

“Our priority is to create easy-to-use solutions that can help merchants manage and grow their business.” said Marc Gardner, founder, president and CEO of North American Bancard. “Payments Hub is an initial, vital step as we build a robust ecosystem for small and medium-sized merchants to accelerate the transformation of their business through technology.”

Built on NAB’s PayAnywhere technology platform, Payments Hub includes most of the features available in PayAnywhere Inside, the merchant portal for NAB’s proprietary mobile POS software. NAB is continuing to build out the PayAnywhere platform into an all-in-one resource with additional features including invoice, employee, and customer management. The ingenuity of the enhanced features will help merchants optimize efficiencies and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
