Corporate Spending Innovations Renews Partnership with Advantage Software

Symbeo and Nvoicepay announce a new strategic partnership with the launch of a joint “Invoice-to-Pay” solution for the enterprise. This collaboration reduces costs and increases efficiencies for enterprise accounts payable departments by removing the manual workload associated with paper and freeing up AP teams to focus on more strategic tasks.

The new “Invoice-to-Pay” solution integrates Symbeo’s Managed AP Automation suite with Nvoicepay’s intelligent payment automation platform.

Symbeo’s Managed AP Automation suite digitally captures invoice data from the moment the enterprise receives an invoice via mail, fax or email, data is captured, verified, and digitized. By integrating with Nvoicepay’s Intelligent Payment Automation enterprises manage their supplier invoices and payments through one centralized and seamless platform. This joint automation solution eliminates antiquated manual processes and errors while aiding even the most complex global enterprises with increased visibility into payments and enhanced efficiencies. Invoice-To-Pay is purpose-built to fit multiple organizational hierarchies, approval workflows, locations, and bank accounts.

“Our powerful joint solution is the first enterprise strength solution built for eliminating the two most persistent enemies to a digital finance operation – paper invoices and paper checks.  Invoice-to-Pay allows finance departments to streamline the overall invoice processing effort, giving them freedom to focus on higher value-added initiatives,” said Matt Wright, President of Symbeo.

“Enterprises are removing manual touch points from payables and dramatically increasing back office efficiency,” said Karla Friede, CEO of Nvoicepay. “With control and visibility in real time across locations and organizational hierarchies, enterprises are finally experiencing payables and payments the way they should be completely digital and automated”.
