Seasonedpayments veteran will help fuel double-digit growth

Minden, NV – March 21, 2017 – PetroleumCard Services (PCS), a premier provider of payment processing solutions gearedspecifically for independent petroleum and convenience store (c-store) owners, announcedthe addition of industry veteran, Pete Embs as Vice President and Business UnitHead. A seasoned payments professional with more than 14 years of experience, Petewill have overall responsibility for the business, overseeing sales, operationsand day-to-day management. He will report to Robert Purcell, CFO, iPayment,Inc., PCS’ parent company.

“PCS is coming off a record sales year in 2016 and we must ensure thatwe continue to support this important business unit with the best resources tofuel growth,” said Robert Purcell, CFO, iPayment, Inc. “Adding Pete as BusinessUnit Head compliments the incredible team of dedicated professionals already inplace and positions PCS for accelerated growth and ongoing scalability.”

Pete previously served as Director of Revenue and Financial Planning foriPayment, a role he had held since 2012. In that position, he was responsiblefor a broad array of business management analyses, performance based reportingand special projects, including working with PCS. He spent the first nine yearsof his career with WorldPay, holding several positions in and around salesmanagement and finance, including Vice President, Planning and ProductivityManagement. Pete earned his MBA from Georgia State University and he holds aBachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
