Private label debit programs are becoming an increasingly important tool for merchants looking to deepen customer loyalty and reduce payment costs. The launch of AdvantagePay by Giant Eagle and GetGo highlights how private label debit can be combined with fuel rewards and mobile payment technology to create a seamless customer experience while delivering immediate savings at the pump.

Zipline today announced that Giant Eagle, Inc. has leveraged Zipline’s private label debit platform to launch AdvantagePay in its GetGo Café + Market locations.

GetGo guests can enroll in the AdvantagePay program using their Giant Eagle Advantage Card. Guests receive instant fuel discounts by simply scanning their enrolled Advantage Card and entering their secure PIN to process payment for their GetGo transaction. Guests using AdvantagePay receive the instant per gallon AdvantagePAY fuel discount in addition to their chosen fuelperks+ loyalty benefit, making this GetGo’s most rewarding program yet.
ZipLine is also supporting mobile payment at the pump. Enrolled guests can open the Giant Eagle app on their mobile device and scan the barcode of their associated Advantage Card at the pump to be instantly authorized to purchase and pay.

“AdvantagePAY allows our guests to see immediate, significant savings at the pump,” said GetGo spokesperson Jannah Jablonowski. “Through Zipline’s proven platform, AdvantagePAY has become a simple and secure way for our guests to save on rising fuel costs.”

As fuel retailers and convenience stores seek new ways to strengthen customer relationships, programs like AdvantagePay demonstrate the value of integrating private label debit, fuel rewards programs, and mobile payment solutions. By offering instant discounts and a frictionless payment experience, merchants can drive loyalty, increase engagement, and encourage repeat visits.
