InComm Buys Digital Card Provider Giftango Corp.

InComm and prepaid card distribution and services provider announced Tuesday that it has acquired Giftango Corp., which provides digital gift cards.

From the press release:

InComm, a leading prepaid product and transaction services company, has acquired Giftango Corporation, a leading digital gifting solutions provider. Giftango expands InComm's reach into ecommerce gift card sales and distribution through high volume channels.
The deal adds to InComm’s stable of technology companies that expand its capabilities beyond its core business of providing prepaid card malls. InComm has acquired companies that give it technology in restricted authorization networks, e-commerce payments processing, and digital currencies.
