Deana founded Rich Consulting in 2004 to help clients understand risk tolerances, recognize vulnerabilities, initiate effective procedures to manage exposures and implement the right risk policies, processes and systems. Deana is the Vice President of MAC, current Chair of the ETA Fraud and Risk Committee, member of the ETA Government Relations and Mobile Payments Committees, former member of ETA’s President’s Advisory Council, and former ETA Member of the Year.
