Kristen Small is vice president of marketing and consumer engagement for PDI Marketing Cloud Solutions. She is a consumer experience expert with deep insight into the art and science of enhancing brand engagement. Kristen joined PDI in 2020 following its acquisition of ZipLine where she served as chief marketing officer. She holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA in English literature from University of Montana.
