As VP of Payments, Kristine is responsible for Genpact’s digital payments and customer experience offerings for clients.  She is an experienced digital payments expert with expertise in, real-time payments, fraud, data analytics and software-based services, having led product strategy and customer experience at Mastercard, Radial, Gartner, AT&T as well as a few start-ups.
