Richard Crum is Managing Vice President, Business Payments, for Capital One’s Commercial Bank, leading the development of next-generation payment capabilities. Prior to joining Capital One, Richard was the SVP for New Product Development of Global Commercial Products at Mastercard. Richard has spoken at numerous industry events, including Money 20/20, Commercial Payments International and Association for Financial Professionals, on subjects including B2B payments, card industry trends, global travel programs, and technology. He received his Bachelor’s from George Mason University.
