Stoyan Kenderov is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Plastiq, leading the product efforts for one of the most innovative and disruptive payments companies in America. He and his teams are responsible for the rapid stream of innovations that Plastiq puts out every year to help its hundreds of thousands of business clients and more than a million consumers expand their cash flow and make critical payments by using their cash and credit cards to pay suppliers and vendors that don’t accept credit cards. Right now he and his team are busy making Plastiq be the go to platform for cash flow enablement and payments for Small Businesses and enterprise partners who are looking to unlock trillions of dollars of transaction value currently immobilized by incumbent payments platforms.

Prior to Plastiq stoyan was the Chief Product and Design Officer at LendingClub – the largest and most innovative marketplace lender in America where he and his teams were responsible for the growth and evolution of a $40B portfolio of products that millions of borrowers and investor use every year to get out of debt and on the path to financial success and for earning better returns from their investments in this alternative asset class.

Earlier in his career Stoyan was the VP of Product at Quicken - Intuit’s most successful personal finance software used by millions of Americans to manage close to one trillion dollars of wealth. He held various product and business leadership roles at Intuit, Amdocs, Pudding Media, XACCT Technologies and KPN-Qwest and helped build multiple businesses in Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, South East Asia and the US.

Stoyan co-founded 2 start-ups and participated in 4 successful exits. He is an active angel investor and advisor to early stage and growth stage start-ups.

He holds a masters degree in Computer Sciences from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, as well as a degree in Mathematics and Financial Engineering and holds 5 patents in mobile technology, payments and identity management.
