CashStar today announced a new independent business unit, Velocity B2B™, which offers merchants comprehensive business-to-business (B2B) gift card program management services. Combining deep expertise and industry-leading technology, Velocity B2B can grow business-to-business gift card sales quickly, securely and with minimal resource investment from its clients.
The Velocity unit will help with strategy, business management, sales and marketing, program development and other aspects of operating b-to-b card programs. The expansion will provide new business opportunities both for CashStar and its clients. Gift cards can sometimes be an afterthought for merchants, but deployed correctly they can become a powerful introduction for a brand. Cards delivered through incentives programs can introduce a retailer or restaurant to a new audience.
