CO-OP Financial Services Co-Sponsoring GoCUCards Credit Card School Next February

CO-OP Financial Services announced today that it is co-sponsoring a Credit Card Program Management School, February 5-6, 2020, being held at Redstone FCU in Huntsville, Alabama, led by Ondine Irving, Owner, GoCUCards.

Credit union employees can register for this GoCUCards for $745, a discount of $500 from the normal registration charge. Registration can be completed at: https://gocucards.org/credit-school/schedule.

Topics covered will include credit card industry updates on trends and competition, digital transformation, loyalty programs, effective card portfolio analysis and management, marketing best practices, processor pricing and RFP introductions, product structure, disclosure and terms, expense control and invoice reviews. In addition, the school will feature workshops using actual data from participating credit unions.

“The school will provide an unbiased perspective to help manage the complexities of a credit card program and identify places where class members can experience a return on their investment in their credit card programs,” said Irving. “Credit union managers seeking to improve the profitability of their programs – especially those in lending, marketing, card services and accounting – will benefit from this two-day school.”

Ondine Irving has an extensive background in credit card portfolio management and advocacy. She has been profiled on CBS Evening News and The Suzie Orman Show, and her credit union career includes 12 years with Baxter Credit Union of Vernon Hills, Illinois. The GoCUCards schools are held through the year and across the country, with a focus on full service credit portfolio management.

“The GoCUCards Credit Card Schools are outstanding educational conferences that provide the interactive presentations, consultation and networking opportunities to help credit unions unleash the growth potential within their credit card portfolios,” said Adrianne Adufutse, Director, Consultant and Core Partnerships, for CO-OP. “We are looking forward to participating throughout this two-day event to discuss topics ranging from industry trends to Operations management.”
