November 30, 2015 – FIME and Amadis today announce a technical partnership focused on maintaining and strengthening FIME’s position at the forefront of the EMV payment terminal testing solutions and services market.

Amadis, a provider of software development and consulting for secure electronic payments, has already supported FIME in the development and validation of its cloud-based kernel testing service. FIME utilized Amadis’ implementation experience, contact and contactless terminal kernels and acquirer host simulators to refine and confirm the accuracy of its test service prior to market launch.

“As kernel developers, it’s great to be able to feed our knowledge into the compliance side of the ecosystem,” comments Emmanuel Haydont, Partner at Amadis. “This means the relationship is mutually beneficial; we are supporting FIME in bringing enhanced test services to market and these services make kernel developers’ lives easier. Services of this kind were not previously available, making this partnership extremely exciting.”

“Our customers highlighted a need for new EMV test services and Amadis was the perfect partner,” comments Vincent Poty, Vice President – Strategy and Marketing. “The team at Amadis also have a deep knowledge of EMV and were able to provide the resources needed to enable the development, refinement and launch of our cloud-based EMV payment terminal test services. We look forward to a long and productive relationship.”
