Agreement includes data conversionand migration tools, e-presentment and payment solution

(March 28, 2017)—The Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA)today announced that it has expanded its Preferred Service Provider Program withProfitStars®, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.® (NASDAQ:JKHY),a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing servicesprimarily for the financial services industry. The expanded Preferred ServiceProvider Program will now include ProfitStars’ Enterprise Conversion SolutionsTM(ECS) suite and JHA Enterprise Payment Solutions (EPS) SmartPay Biller Direct℠ solution.
