Mitek recently launched CommercialMobile Deposit Capture to further introduce businesses to a greater level offlexibility to leverage mobile technology to manage cash flow. The offering provides businesses with the abilityto not only make deposits using mobile devices but also captures invoices inorder to facilitate better processes historically left to be performed in theoffice.

The recent announcement by Mitekfurther advances the role of mobility into B2B payments. In addition to leveraging payment information, the solution“can also be customized so employees can process payments from anywhere, without full access to corporate accounts”.

Business receivablessolutions need to support anytime, anywhere capabilities. The technology for remote deposit capture hasadvanced over the years but businesses rely on not just the activity of makinga deposit but doing so flexibly withinvoice reconciliation and supplier information to provide real value. A greater focus on accounts receivabletechnologies continues to be needed as part of the B2B payment ecosystem. It isn’t just about making payments;businesses need to get paid too.
