NCR Offers Unified ATM Servicing For Mid-sized and Community Financial Institutions

Global IT and services provider NCR has long been an established player in the ATM market, primarily serving larger banks (including 19 of the top 20 worldwide). This week, the company launched what it calls a “Total ATM Services” bundle aimed at fulfilling the needs of smaller institutions as well, assuring both ATM network availability and machine uptime.

Michael O’Laughlin, senior vice president, NCR Financial Services, says:

“…It is critical for a bank or credit union to maximize its investment in its ATM channel through optimum availability, improved security and efficient operations. We’ve included the services essential to improving operations, security and uptime in a single bundle and priced it affordably so that financial institutions of all sizes can take advantage of NCR’s deep experience in ATM services.”

Included in the services will be an online interface for client financial institutions, giving them dashboard reporting on the status of their ATM network, activity of the ATMs, and any servicing underway by NCR.
