Payment Alliance International Poised for Growth with New Office Facilities

Nation’s Largest Privately-Held ATM Provider ContinuesExpansion in Louisville and Across the Country

LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 17, 2017 — (Business Wire) — Payment Alliance International (PAI), the nation’s largest, privately-held ATM provider,announced today it is moving its headquarters to a new location in Louisville,Kentucky. The company has leased approximately 30,000 square feet of newly-builtoffice space in the Old Henry Crossings Business Park and will occupy thebuilding as of June 1, 2017. PAI operating centers in three additional states relocatedearlier this year to new, expanded facilities designed to accommodate thecompany’s continued growth and success.

“Business should be fun andfilled with passion,” said John J. Leehy III, president and chief executiveofficer of PAI. “The new facilitiesoffer our employees an incredible home equipped with state-of-the-artcommunication and business support technologies,” added Leehy. “We are excitedabout the growth we’ve enjoyed and believe this move will further strengthen ourteam and increase our ability to care for customers.”

The new headquarters, developedin conjunction with Schulte Design andConstruction, was designed to meetPAI functional and productivity specifications while simultaneously boostingemployee satisfaction and promoting PAI’s distinctive culture. The facilityfeatures a highly-secured data center, a technologically-advanced corporatetraining area, a series of employee collaboration rooms and the latest in multi-pointvideo conferencing. CBREGroup, Inc.facilitated the search and evaluation of properties, as well leasing of the newbuilding space on behalf of PAI.
