LOUISVILLE, Ky., Mar.19, 2018 (Business Wire) – Payment Alliance International (PAI), the nation’s largest privately held ATM provider, today announced it has been named to the inaugural Kentucky’s Best Bets 2017 list by Dean Dorton Allen Ford, in conjunction with The Lane Report and BIM Group. PAI is one of only 11 honoree companies recognized for driving economic expansion and job creation throughout the Commonwealth.

“There are thousands of privately held businesses here in Kentucky, so we are extremely proud to have the spotlight shine on PAI and its team for business excellence and economic impact,” said John J. Leehy III, PAI president and CEO. “The hard work and dedication of our employees, and the tremendous loyalty and support of all our customers, have been the keys to our continued success,” added Leehy.

Selection to Kentucky’s Best Bets list is based on company size, infrastructure re-investment, employee growth and job creation, as well as general business excellence.

“We created the Best Bets list to highlight the unbelievable talent and innovation happening with Kentucky companies,” said David Bundy, president and CEO of Dean Dorton Allen Ford. “We’ve seen tremendous growth and change in our state throughout the last 20 years, and the companies on this list are often the initiators of that progress, something we want and need to celebrate.”

Among other 2017 highlights, PAI received Louisville Business First’s Business of the Year award in the large-company category, named to the publication’s Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville list for the third straight year, and included for the fifth time on its Fast 50 list of fastest-growing companies.
