PSCU’s Lumin Digital to Provide Justice Federal Credit Union with Digital Banking and Bill Pay Support

San Ramon, Calif. — (July 7, 2020) — Lumin Digital, a PSCU company, has announced that Justice Federal Credit Union (Justice Federal) has signed a multi-year agreement for Lumin Digital’s cloud-based platform as the credit union’s digital banking solution for retail banking and bill pay support. Justice Federal will have more than 30,000 active users on the platform, which is slated to launch in October 2020.

Headquartered in Chantilly, Va., Justice Federal was founded in 1935 with a mission to fulfill the financial needs of its unique membership throughout their life stages. With an ever-expanding number of Justice Federal members using mobile devices, delivering a best-in-class solution was one of the credit union’s top priorities. It found its ideal provider in Lumin Digital.

“At Justice Federal, we are always working to improve the products and services we supply to our members,” said Mark L. Robnett, president and CEO of Justice Federal. “Lumin Digital is redefining digital banking through its proprietary member engagement platform, making it a perfect fit for us and creating a more connected relationship that will make it easier and more convenient for our members to manage their accounts.”

As a cloud-based digital banking platform built using cutting-edge technology, Lumin Digital provides members with a tightly integrated and customized experience that matches the offerings available from larger financial institutions. In creating a truly personalized journey, Lumin Digital helps credit unions better engage with their members, increase value and deepen relationships – all at secure speed.

Justice Federal views the online banking upgrade as an opportunity to continue advancing its technology stack, which improves the credit union’s ability to provide members with future enhancements. Whether it is a feature request from members or an advancement in the marketplace, Lumin Digital will allow Justice Federal to introduce new functionality to users more frequently. It will also provide the same look and feel whether members are accessing the platform via a mobile device, tablet or home PC, allowing for a seamless member experience.

“The Justice Federal team was committed to finding a true digital partner that could provide its members with stable, secure, industry-leading solutions,” said Jeff Chambers, president of Lumin Digital. “We are extremely pleased they chose us as that partner, and we look forward to helping the credit union continue to provide its members with the right solutions at the right time, all customized to the member.”

Unveiled at PSCU’s 2018 Member Forum, Lumin Digital continues to drive innovation in the digital banking space, differentiating itself through technology built for human connection.
