Major Hires to Drive Growth and Accelerate Business Expansion into Key Markets

Seattle, WA – January 11, 2018 – StormX, Inc., the blockchain-powered adtech and gamified micro-task innovators, today announced the addition of two experts in the digital media and advertising fields, Jon Nolz and Perry Pak. Mobile adtech pioneer Jon Nolz will join StormX as the Executive Vice President of Business Development, with multimedia industry veteran Perry Pak brought on as the Head of User Acquisition. Both key hires signal a turning point for the business by assisting StormX in driving monetization and user growth through strategic advertising partnerships and expansion into new markets.

Simon Yu, StormX CEO said, “Bringing such highly accomplished individuals to the StormX team will enable us to quickly build the networks that will take us to the forefront of the thriving adtech space, and further towards our end goal of creating marketplaces for earning, spending, and economic advancement. In an industry still in its very early stages in terms of what it can achieve, we are excited to have two established experts onboard who truly believe in and understand our strategic vision as we continue to develop our platform and provide the highest quality experience to our users.”

Jon Nolz, EVP of Business Development for StormX, brings three decades of high level digital advertising, marketing and adtech experience, having previously held roles as the VP of Business Solutions at Kochava and VP of Mobile Advertising at Hipcricket, two adtech industry leaders.

Jon Nolz said, “StormX has already achieved a number of notable milestones in our short history, and I am confident that this is only the beginning of a very rewarding journey. I look forward to forging ahead with our ambitious yet calculated goals that will position StormX as a true representative of the new economy. I anticipate a bright future for our ever-expanding user base and for the monetization of new and existing platforms.”

Perry Pak, Head of User Acquisition for StormX, has almost two decades of extensive digital media experience, and has been building specialized expertise in the mobile user acquisition space since 2010. He has helped set the user acquisition strategy for multiple Microsoft apps, including Bing, Hotmail, and OneNote, in addition to leading the mobile media strategies for eBay, Walgreens, and Realtor.com. Pak’s teams have helped drive over 50 million paid downloads and more than 20 apps into the iTunes Top 25 over an 8 year span.

Perry Pak said, “The StormX team has a genuinely unique take on the adtech and mobile earning market, and their refreshing vision, enthusiasm and passion for their business is one of the key reasons I was eager to come onboard. With the current rate of platform expansion and its already impressive list of strategic partnerships, user base, and credentials, I am excited to see what we can achieve.”

Coinrail, Bancor, HitBTC and Radar Relay have listed STORM tokens, following a successful crowdsale in December 2017. For more information, visit stormtoken.com.
